Visa Requirements

Germany is part of the Schengen Area. Participants from EU/EEA countries do not require a visa. Attendees from non-EU countries may need a Schengen visa to enter Germany. Please check with the German embassy or consulate in your country well in advance.

Invitation Letters

Registered participants who require a visa support letter may request an official invitation from the conference organizers. Such letters are intended to assist with visa applications and do not imply financial support.

Arrival in Dresden

The nearest international airport is Dresden International Airport (DRS), located about 20 minutes from the city center.
Visitors can also arrive via Berlin (BER) or Leipzig/Halle (LEJ) airports, with convenient train connections to Dresden.

Local Transportation

Public transport tickets are valid for trams, buses, and suburban trains. Day passes and weekly tickets are available for easy travel during your stay.
